Good to know
Before you book, here's exactly who you're getting.
Seven honest things. Some of them will make you want to work with me. One or two might tell you I’m not your person — and that’s the point.
01
I'm here because I love what I do
I live for this stuff — helping my clients find happiness, love, clarity, a healthier life, and everything else that comes with a full one.
Having a front-row seat to that transformation is one of the most rewarding parts of my life.
02
A safe space — not a soft one
A lot of people picture life coaches as gentle and subdued. I used to, too. That’s not me, and it’s not my style. I’ve been described as brutally honest but never heartless.
I take enormous pride in what we build together: a judgment-free, confidential place where the guises come off and the mindset revolution begins.
Everything between us stays between us. If your situation calls for it, a mutual NDA is available on request — just ask.
03
I'm not for everyone. And everyone isn't for me
I work with people who already know that life-changing results require doing the work.
When we work together, you are accountable for taking the actions — sometimes uncomfortable ones — that create the life you want.
04
There is no template
I don’t run people through a program. There’s no module three, no worksheet everyone gets, no framework I’m quietly fitting you into.
The strategy is built around you — your history, your beliefs, the specific life you’re standing in. Two clients with the same circumstance rarely get the same plan, because they’re not the same person.
05
Transformation is a process, so I don't do single sessions
The results you’re after don’t come from an hour or two. I build a plan specifically around you and your goals — we’re changing your life here.
It’s also why I take a limited number of clients at a time. That’s how the attention and access you deserve stays available to you.
06
I'm legally blind
What does that have to do with anything? Nothing and everything.
It doesn’t diminish my ability to get my clients exceptional results. What it has given me is an unusually different perspective on situations and problem-solving — and I love putting that to work for the people I coach.
07
There's a 115-pound mastiff in this story
I’ve been lucky enough to rescue four-legged family my whole life. I lost my pitbull Apollo — my Chicken — and these days it’s me and Bettie, a 115-pound mastiff mix, in New York City.
There’s something remarkable about the love they give you just for being there.
If they know we're deserving of unconditional love — why don't we?
Bettie, making the point better than I do
STILL HERE? THEN WE SHOULD TALK
Thirty minutes, no pitch. You tell me where you are, I tell you honestly whether I’m the right person for it.
